When I was a child I was fortunate enough to be part of a family of farmers. I was one of the lucky little girls who asked for a horse and got one. I got to experience, for a short while, what having a horse was like and that fostered a love for  all things equestrian. I remember that I was old enough to remember my first ride, but not old enough to really learn anything concrete about horse ownership and as a result, horses will forever be magical in my mind.
